THE EXERGY TEAM CONTINUES TO GROW! 

The acquisition of EXERGY by the TICA Group and the starting of a new era for our company have created an increasing demand for new personnel. At our headquarters since beginning of January exciting, young and experienced talents have joined our family in the Proposal, Engineering, Operation and Financial department. 
Stefano Selva and Gabriele Mariotti have been enrolled with the key roles of Engineering Director and Turbine Manager with the important mission to head and coordinate all the Engineering departments and to guide the core department devoted to the development of the Turbine Engineering. Stefano and Gabriele have more than 20 year experience in leading international companies such as Forster Wheeler , Siirtec Nigi and General Electric in the field of plant design and engineering and turbomachinery engineering.
Marco Frassinetti has been appointed as Sales Director to lead the Proposal and Sales team. Marco is one of the key figure in the company, working in EXERGY since its start up in 2007 and has an extensive know how and experience that cover all the activities of ORC and Exergy’s technology. 
Nicola Frascella and Chiara Facchini, two young talents, joined the ProposaI team.
Luca Pozzoni  has come aboard as Chief Financial Officer to oversee the accounting and management control, manage relations with treasury and the finance department.
Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic since the beginning of 2020 almost 20 new employees entered in the EXERGY family and our growth will not stop. We are going to hire new people in the coming months !
